The science of Human Systems

At Human Systems, everything we do is based on two tools: the HS Leadership Principles and the Circles of Influence Method (CIM).  The Leadership Principles are part of the first scientific leadership model that looks at leadership on three levels: the organization, employee relationships, and the individual. The Human Systems Leadership Model reflects the most progressive thinking on leadership to prevent burnout and turnover. Our work world is rapidly changing, along with the expectations of our employees, and Human Systems can help your organization adapt.

The Circles of Influence Method (CIM) is a useful tool for teaching systems thinking to understand  how communication happens and work gets done in an organization.
